How can I sort songs better in Itunes?

You will have to edit the track info for each album. For example, highlight ALL of the tracks from Queen's Greatest Hits at once, then select "Get Info" (this will allow you to edit the info for the entire album at one time), and then go to the Album title field. Add the artist (" - Queen") to the end of the album title to make it "Greatest Hits - Queen". Then for Newsboys change it to "Greatest Hits - Newsboys"...and so on.
