Is there any evidence that the length of the second toe, relative to the big toe, relates to intelligence?

hmmmm most serial killers are psychopaths or sociopaths, and usually they have high I.Q's. Maybe there is something to that theory, although i wouldn't judge someone based on their toe length haha
