Should Government not reward someone’s failure with another’s success instead of stimulat'g prosperity for ALL?

Democrats have been for outcome based politics for some time. They have wanted to remove personal responsibility and initiative also. Now with their "Beloved Leader" they can effect the policies of their dreams and it is socialism pure and simple. Anytime success is punished and failure is rewarded it has a NEGATIVE EFFECT on the economy. These people must be clueless about the effects of their policies and the negative reaction from most of America by their reactions.
