How to avoid you're crush?

Of course I have been crushing on this girl, but I don't want the nerves and heartache anymore. Usually I'm a carefree B+ student who is extremely complex in sarcasm. I have three cles with her. Three. I can't avoid her and we have never actually talked. I'm horrible at complex personalities or I just have never tried and such I don't understand her complexion. I'm 17 and I think she's 16, I think. lol Her name's Brittany. How can I just stop liking her. How can I remain neutral cause I might be tempted one of these days to just say something to her?
