Didnt wear my retainer, will my teeth ever be straight again?

You cannot guarantee that you will get straight teeth again unless you have braces again. Usually the molds you had taken right after you got your braces off for your retainer are already chipped and broken throughout time. The only retainer you would get is a retainer to hold your teeth in the position they are currently in right now, which is crooked... by the way you explained it im uming. Try considering wearing your original retainer constantly again, you may not be able to tell if your teeth are shifting because they move really slowly, and without consistant pressure, they will never be aligned again how they were before, because braces give off pressure against the teeth to keep them in that straight position they are in. So try wearing your retainers 24 hrs, except eating, drinking, and brushing, and slowly they may shift back to its original position unless your teeth have gotten to a point where they really are not aligned as well as before.
