Governor Terminator is welcoming debates on legalizing pot?

It seems that legalizing pot would be great for economy but the other argument can state that pot damages women's eggs and could negatively effect her later offspring. Is there any truth to the damage that occurs to women's eggs as a result of casual pot use? What are your thoughts on legalizing pot?
