If you believe that your question was a good question when you received your violation notice there should of been an appeal link with it. You should appeal their decision and explain to yahoo answers that you thought your question was a good question and that it was deleted unfairly, or you could delete the question and re post it so that people could read it. You have to type it out properly no shorthand.
