Snow and stupid ******* kids?

I am 14 and I never throw snow at anyone EVER I am a guy and if I am walking stupid ******* 8 year olds throw damn snow at everyone and opts so god damn annoying. I don't even know the bitches cuz I don't know any of those shits but I am wondering if I could hurt teem in any way like hit them with a crow bar :P would that be illegal and not throwing snow at elderly people and bikers??? The cops dint give a **** but what could I do for revenge?
