Weird GI and muscle problems?

Since, being on Clindamycin, over 2 years ago; I have had alot of on and off G.I.woes. A year later, in October, after taking some Vicodin, the problems returned, and seem pretty relentless.The constipation, seems to subside with a fiberous diet; stomach pain, mucuos, etc.Since,October, those stomach problems are accompanied by leg and arm spasms; nothing at ALL unbearable; just light, noticeable, twitches; almost a stiff like feeling.Two weeks ago, a was diagnosed with a kidney infection; I have now been on Cipro for a week and 2 days.My stomach feels so bloated, gy, keeps aching primarily on the right side (sometimes it gravitates). Pain, is too strong of a word, but it's DEFINITELY uncomfortable.I had a CT scan done in Jan, results were normal. Normal blood, urine as well, which I've have done several times since then. I had an X ray done too. Also normal. Please don't judge me, but I am a transual. I have been on injectable estrogen for many years. Could that be a factor?!
