Can anyone help me make these place cards?

I wanted to make placecards for my wedding that looked like chairs. I didn't want to buy them but was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a template or cut out of them. I was recently on a website that said Martha Stewart had one in a 2003 magazine. Of course I can't find it because it is not 2003 anymore...haha. Please send websites that have them.
