Open container...Written Arrest ?

Im 21 its saying i have to appear in court? I don't live anywhere near there and i dont really get it... but other people say Im just going to have to pay a fine and wont even have to appear... what exactly is "second judicial court" and also let me throw out that i have been arrested before when i was 18 years old and those charges were dropped and expunged. Will this have an affect on THIS charge
